Case on race discrimination in jury selection comes to Supreme Court

The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear the case of Timothy Foster, a black man sentenced to death for the murder of a white woman. His lawyers argue that he received the death penalty because the jury selection process purposely excluded black people. Lindsay France has the details.
